Please check your mail for an important newsletter that should arrive the week of May 21. The newsletter will discuss a recent break-in at a home in Mill Run, and a meeting on Monday June 11 at 6:00pm with a representative from the Collier County Sheriff's Dept, discussing ways to prevent burglaries, etc.
Also, there is more information about the new barrier arm gate in the newsletter.

Exciting News from the January 9th Board Meeting
*Social Committee was appointed. (Feel free to be a participant if you want to help)

*Welcome Committee was appointed.
Barbara Hackleman, Christine Nusbaum, Sandy Bruce
*Homeowners Welcome Booklet was approved for distribution to new neighbors as well as for homeowners who would like to purchase one.
*Guidelines for using the Club House were discussed.
*Social Committee approves community events and gives recommendation to Dennis Lively to waive $250 fee for reservation of Club House.
*Members are not limited to number of times Club House may be reserved within a year. Reservations may not be made over 90 days in advance. If your group does have a standing reservation for example of every third Thursday of the month, please allow for flexibility if a family has a birthday or special date and they need the space on same day.
*Calendar of events will be updated by Dennis Lively on our neighborhood web site as well as reservations for Club House so residents will know availability choices.
*Web site names and addresses will be updated as well as those who wish to share email addresses or phone numbers or Facebook info.This is going to be a slow process but Dennis Lively is eager to start updating. Look for solicitation in next billing and help update our neighborhood directory by filling out the form and returning as soon as possible.
Other agenda items discussed: Advance newspaper advertising and Craigs list will be utilized for Garage Sale date of March 10, 2012. New secure entry for club house, tennis courts, main gate entry is being researched.

You will need to "Log In" to be able to view all of the "Member" screens on the lower left of the Home screen. To log in or sign in to the website, use the User ID of: millrun (that is one word, all lower case) The password has been mailed to all owners on several occasions.
