Discover Mill Run

Welcome to Mill Run! There are two Homeowner Associations (HOAs) which operate on behalf of our community: The Community Association of Mill Run and The Community Association for Stonegate and Mill Run, commonly known as our “Rec Board”. The Mill Run HOA is responsible specifically for Mill Run items such as property rules and regulations, mailboxes, streets, and lighting, as well as the entrance to our neighborhood. The “Rec Board” oversees the preserves, lakes, clubhouse, as well as our other shared recreational facilities on behalf of both Mill Run and our sister community, Stonegate. These facilities include our clubhouse, swimming pool and deck area, spa, and a wonderful new playground for our youngest residents. Tennis and pickleball courts, as well as basketball, are also available for resident use. And our fully fenced “Wag A Lot” park was designed with our 4-legged family members in mind.

The professional team of Ability Management, Inc. works closely as a resource for both Boards, administrates property management oversight, as well as handles owner relations as it pertains to either HOA. For a brief overview of our amenities, please refer to the photo tour.
